Do you find it hard to get your sexy back after having kids? Women gain on average 25-40 lbs of extra weight while pregnant, and getting rid of it can be harder for some than others, especially with multiple pregnancies. Don't think you can't do it, because you absolutely can. You just have to want to do it. I know it can be hard to get in the grind of exercising after the baby is born, you're busy with the baby, housework, laundry, the baby and oh did I mention the baby. If you have other kids it could make it a little harder.
Have you ever thought of adding a meal replacement shake to your diet? I joined the Body By Vi 90 day challenge after my third pregnancy and in those 90 days I lost all the weight (23lbs) plus a few extra that I had gained. I lost 12 inches, which was the best part. I hadn't weighed 123 in about 7 years. SO I was very happy. All I did was had breakfast, usually eggs and ham or bacon, a yogurt in between breakfast and lunch, a shake for lunch, another snack before dinner and then I would make a good dinner with lots of protein. If I was getting any sort of craving after dinner ( I love cereal at night) then I would just make an 8 oz shake and it would keep me satisfied till morning. It was simple and it worked. The Chocolate Covered Strawberry Vi~shake is My favorite, and it's easy to make.
Start out simple, try doing 15 to 20 minutes of simple cardio each day, this could include jumping jacks, running in place, jump roping, anything that gets your heart going. I find that I can get my cardio in while my kids are in bed. I know most of us are tired after the long days we have, but it's only 20 minutes. GET IT DONE!!!
